Standing all day comparison

Grip is not just tread depth

Breathability and cleanability matter
Waterproof or wipe-clean shoes can be useful in wet workplaces.
They can also run warm.
If you are indoors all day, heat and sweat matter.
Check how the upper can be cleaned before you buy. Some materials wipe down quickly, while others stain or hold odour. If your shoes need to look presentable as well as feel comfortable, care instructions are part of the buying decision.
Final check
Buy for the floor, the policy, and the length of the shift.
Comfort comes after that.
Not before.
The safest shortlist is usually boring: correct for the workplace, steady underfoot, easy to clean, and comfortable enough that you are not thinking about your feet halfway through the day.
